gropiusstadt.

hey everyone,

this is my first blog entry on my journal.

i recently went to gropiusstadt in neukölln again. later that day marcus joined as well. we took some photos and met some residents who proudly told us some stories about the district, known from "wir kinder vom bahnhof zoo".

i've been visiting this area since 2015 and everytime i went there it was different. the area brings a strange feeling of anonymity but also a feeling of being very small surrounded by many high-rise buildings.

i can't explain precisely, i hope my photos can.

gropiusstadt - a retrospective

in 2016 i moved to berlin but didn't manage to visit gropiusstadt again until this year, when i took photos for a backpack brand together with marcus.

last week, on 20th may we (stella, chris and me) went back to the district. for stella and chris it's the first time seeing gropiusstadt with their own eyes. i, myself took more time to find new perspectives in a, to me, well-known building. see below.
